Returns or Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Sometimes the shoes you ordered are not the size you need.   An RMA request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue you a RMA number. Once you have received your RMA number you can send your shoes, with RMA number inside as well as a printed copy of your sales Receipt, to either

When the item is received, a replacement refund, less shipping, will then be issued.  The customer will be responsible for shipping expenses. If the error was on our part we will cover the shipping costs both ways.   Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Pedoodles shoes and products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner, for six (6) months from the original purchase date.  While we reserve the right to determine if replacement is warranted, rest assured that we are consumers just like you and know what is fair.  Simply put, failure due to negligence or abuse is not covered under our warranty. Please let us know if you have an item for warranty replacement by sending an email to returns@babyhootsandgiggles.com with warranty in the subject line or use our online form. Don’t forget to submit the problem description with the shoes you may include a picture of the problem if you wish. We will send you out a RMA number with further instructions. If the product is covered under warranty the shipping charges will be paid. If it is determined the product is not covered under warranty the customer is responsible for shipping charges.   Submit a Warranty Request

Baby Hoots and Giggles provides a safe and secure shopping environment.  If you are shopping online we always recomend that you are using an up to date browser like Internet Exlporer 6.0 or higher, or  Netscape 4.0 or higher.  We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to secure your privacy and encrypt your transactions.  Whenever you are shopping online always check for the closed lock in the bottom right hand corner to ensure your information is secure.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in real-time within the database using 512 bit RSA Crypto-C technology. RSA Security submits its Crypto-C products for FIPS 140 testing and certification. FIPS 140-1 and the forthcoming FIPS 140-2 are the US & Canadian Government's standards that specify the security requirements to be satisfied by a cryptographic module. RSA Security supports PNP Security with over 20 years of experience in the security industry.    

Baby Hoots and Giggles will gladly accept personal checks or money orders. Our policy on these forms of payment is orders will not be placed until the check or money order has been cleared.  Checks and Moneys orders must be made out to BRINN MAC E-COMMERCE.   Print off a copy of the sales bill and include it with your check or money order and mail it to:
