Shipping charges start at $5.10 and the most you will ever pay is $9.99. Baby Hoots and Giggles will absorb any cost over that amount for you. Please note there may be provincial sales taxes charged by customs, which is to be paid to Canada Post before they will release your purchase. Why the difference in pricing between Canadian and American orders?? Pedoodles are shipped from Montana USA. Right now we are only accepting paypal, cheque or money order. We offer a refund service as well as an echange program. An RMA request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue you a RMA number by email. Once you have received your RMA number you can send your shoes, RMA number, a printed copy of your sales receipt, as well as a check or money order for the return postage to either
All items being returned must have an RMA # When the item is received, a replacement, or refund (less shipping) will then be issued. The customer will be responsible for shipping expenses. If the error was on our part we will cover the shipping costs both ways. Submit a Return or Exchange Request Pedoodles shoes and products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner, for six (6) months from the original purchase date. While we reserve the right to determine if replacement is warranted, rest assured that we are consumers just like you and know what is fair. Simply put, failure due to negligence or abuse is not covered under our warranty. Please let us know if you have an item for warranty replacement by sending an email to returns@babyhootsandgiggles.com with warranty in the subject line or use or on-line form. Don’t forget to submit the problem description as well as the shoe type. We will send you out a RMA number with further instructions. If the product is covered under warranty the shipping charges will be covered. If it is determined the product is not covered under warranty the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Submit a Warranty Request We currently function in 2 price sets, Canadian, and US currencies. Visa and MasterCard users must check out in US funds. Our Canadian price set only offers paypal option for the checkout functionality. Use the price set option located at the top of each page to select your currency.
